Delivery

Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. The delivery charge will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for Malaysia addresses only.

Risk
On receipt of the goods to your specified address, you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. It is your responsibility to unpack and check your goods before you sign for them. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery. No goods will be transferred to yourself without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage shall be at your own risk.

Times
Your delivery dates will be confirmed at the checkout or by telephone by one of our customer service representatives. We will endeavor to deliver goods within the times stated. On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outwitting our control (i.e. direct delivery from manufacturer / third party courier). Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If www.cstorie.com or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position as soon as reasonably practicable. For delays of more than 14 days from the date of your order, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Availability of goods

All products offered are subject to availability. If the product you have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone, if you have entered the relevant details, and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. A comparable product may be substituted in the event of a product being unavailable, pending customer agreement.

Refunds and Exchanges (Warranty)

You have the right to cancel your order before we deliver the goods to you. For console, we will have 3months warranty with specific rules.

- Every console has a unique sticker to claim your warranty.

- We will provide free service charge for changing any hardware, but the hardware cost will responsible by customer.

- Customer has to take their own risk by installing custom firmware, we are not responsible to repair for it.
